Buyer Messages

Setup Instructions

  1. Visit the Email Inbox and copy your dedicated email address for Buyer Messages. This email address is used to route messages from Amazon customers directly to your dashboard.
  2. Visit https://sellercentral.amazon.com/notifications/preferences#BUYER_SELLER_MESSAGING_NOTIFICATIONS and click β€œEdit” to add your routing email address.
  3. Save your changes.
  4. For any existing messages, you should answer them in SellerCentral first.

When you add the ROUTING email, Amazon whitelists it and allows our system to respond to emails.
